At Pine Knob Farm, we take pride in offering high-quality beef that is pasture raised and rotationally grazed. Our cattle are supplemented with grain during the finishing process to ensure the best possible taste and texture.

We offer a variety of beef shares; whole, half, and quarters as well as a variety of USDA resale boxes. Steers are sourced locally from quality farmers that have been raising cattle for generations. They are then finished here at Pine Knob Farm. Butchered at a local facility in Abingdon, Va and delivered to your door.

We have completed the butcher dates remaining for last years steers.
If you are interested in purchasing a non custom cut sheet 1/4 or 1/2 beef please reach out for pricing. A 1/4 will consist of 35 lbs of Steaks, roasts, misc and 40 lbs of ground beef.
